When one of our better known and well respected SHORT TERM COMMERCIAL lenders emails us to tell us the good news that they have an extra 75 million in funding it bodes well for the strength of the residential and commercial market.

BRIDGING FINANCE has been the saviour of the commercial mortgage market and has allowed developers and investors to take advantage of a number of distressed sales which produce excellent prospects for a quick profit.

It has also been very suppressing how many providers have been ringing around looking fir good quality business. Some of the more entrepreneurial providers have started to hedge their bets by broking the deal among their competitors to spread the risk.

The SHORT TERM COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE market has been very exciting and has allowed clients to move quickly and take advantage of opportunities that have come along that need a quick completion.
